A marvellous one-piece wood flute combined with a snuff box, closed with an ivory octagonal knob, it has 4,5 cm in diameter. Below the handle it has a silver ring with a clevis for a carrying cord, with all the 6 holes for a working transverse flute and a single wooden key. Moreover it is an uncommon piece because is made to be played at the left hand. The piece ends with a 13 cm brass-iron ferrule with two holes open to produce the required resonance. O.L. 88 cm and the condition is perfect. It is a super musical exponent. It was part of a music instruments museum in Paris.   S800003
