Old-time antique painting, dimensions 120 x 82.50, end of 1500, XVI century. Subject of classical tradition Love and psyche. The painting presents a pictorial setting and execution that brings it back to the Venetian workshops. Recall that between the end of the sixteenth and the first half of the seventeenth century Venetian painting becomes of great importance with artists like Tintoretto around which a multitude of students with excellent qualities is born. The painting in question is perfectly placed in this historical artistic scenario.
