Antique painting, high-era, canvas dimensions cm 47 x 47, frame 60 x 60, end of 1500, 16th century. Religious tradition subject Madonna with child. The painting has a pictorial setting and execution typical of the sixteenth century, the lines are very rigid and the whole scene is focused on the faces from which transpires sweet love. The beautiful frame in leaf hours is from the nineteenth century. The painting as can be seen at the back has undergone a lining of the canvas and has also been replaced by the original frame probably no longer recoverable. On the side (see photo) you can still see the original typically 16th century canvas.
